With an excellent massage we can sooth the autonomic nervous system to improve our health and well-being by applying gentle pressure to tense muscles on the scalp and slowly loosening up, sending signals to the brain to relax.
Stimulating autonomic nervous acupressure points is a natural form of healing, applying pressure in accordance with your breathing to improve sleep quality and provide relaxation.

I am an experienced holistic health mentor, with a comprehensive knowledge of holistic massage and the expertise necessary to support you in reaching the invaluable life balance. I believe passionately in the power of holistic health treatments to provide the right path to find a balance of mind and body.
We all go through periods of change at some point in our lives - we can use these transitions for positive personal growth and use the opportunity in ourselves to allow our lives to move forward for the better.

In the Netherlands since 2009 with the knowledge and tools acquired in both Eastern and Western worlds of wellness, using 
my professional experience combined with my faith in the positivity of the Buddhist philosophy to be your guide along the path and your transition to a better, more fulfilled life.
