Service Terms and Conditions

Payment:

Payment is due at the time the service is rendered.

Cancellation policy:

A minimum of 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee is equal to the service fee as it covers the costs of reserving the therapist's time and prevents them from booking another appointment during that time slot.

An appointment may be moved to a later date if the if notice was given to the service provider with respect to the minimum notice.

Late arrival policy:

If you arrive late for your appointment, the service may need to be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.

No-show policy:

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you may be charged the full amount of the service.

Refunds:

Refunds are generally not available for services rendered, but may be provided at the discretion of the service provider.

Liability:

The service provider is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the service.

Health conditions:


It is important to inform the service provider of any health conditions or concerns before the service is rendered.

This includes any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions that may affect the service.

Additionally, due to the risk of transmissible diseases, please inform the service provider if you have any contagious illnesses or if you have been in contact with someone who has.

The service provider may need to take necessary precautions or reschedule the appointment to ensure the safety of all clients and staff.

Confidentiality:

All client information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Modification:

The service provider reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.
